When this applies
These tips apply to cars not in stock, ordered for import, or purchased from another city. Avtoline helps you connect; contract and payment are directly between buyer and seller.
1. Verify the seller
1.1. Check the seller's contact details and chat history.
1.2. Verify the seller or company identity yourself.
1.3. Ask in writing what the price includes (customs, delivery, registration).
2. Contract
2.1. Sign a written contract before any advance payment.
2.2. Delivery time, configuration, color, and refund terms must be in the contract.
2.3. Pay only to the seller's official bank details.
3. On delivery
3.1. Check VIN, configuration, color, and documents when you take delivery.
3.2. Record any mismatch on the handover document before signing.
3.3. Test drive or independent inspection when possible.
