1. Basics

Avtoline helps you connect; transactions are between buyer and seller.

• Inspect the car in person
• Compare the asking price with similar listings
• Be wary of unusually low prices

2. Payments

To avoid fraud:

• Never pay before seeing the car and documents
• Avoid unknown transfer requests or "reservation" fees
• Request official sale contract and invoice
• Verify identity for cash payments

3. Documents

Before buying check:

• Registration certificate — VIN match
• Ownership matches seller
• Liens, damage, or legal issues
• VIN history when available

4. Scam signals

Watch for:

• Urgent payment or deposit demands
• Low-quality or copied photos
• Seller avoids meeting
• Price far below market without explanation

5. Report abuse

For suspicious listings, email complaints@avtoline.az with the listing URL and a short description (subject: “Report”). We review reports as quickly as possible.
