1. General provisions
1.1. This document sets the rules for using Avtoline (the "Platform").
1.2. The following terms apply in this agreement:
1.2.1. Platform — the avtoline.az website, mobile interfaces, and related software.
1.2.2. Operator — the legal entity that operates the Platform.
1.2.3. User — anyone who signs in or browses listings on the Platform.
1.2.4. Seller — a user who posts a vehicle listing on the Platform.
1.2.5. Dashboard — the user's personal area (listings, inquiries, settings).
1.3. Use of the Platform is governed by the laws of Azerbaijan and this agreement.
1.4. The service is a public offer; acceptance occurs through registration or SMS code verification.
1.5. The Operator may amend this agreement; the updated version applies once published on the site.
2. Accounts and authentication
2.1. Sign in with your mobile number and SMS code. The same account lets you browse listings and post your own.
2.2. One account per mobile number.
2.3. Users are responsible for accurate information and account security.
2.4. Sharing SMS codes or login credentials with third parties can lead to unauthorized access and loss of your account information.
2.5. The Operator may restrict or close fake accounts, bots, and accounts that violate the rules.
3. Listings and content
3.1. Sellers are fully responsible for listing accuracy, photo authenticity, and legality.
3.2. Transactions between buyers and sellers are their responsibility; the Platform is not a party to the sale.

3.4. The Operator may moderate, reject, or remove low-quality, misleading, or illegal listings.
4. Prohibited conduct
4.1. Strictly forbidden: fraud and phishing; excessive inquiries and abuse of inquiry limits; unauthorized use of others' photos or data; malware and attacks on the system; content that violates law or third-party rights.
4.2. Redirecting users to off-platform payments in the Platform's name is prohibited.
5. Liability
5.1. The Operator does not guarantee listing content, user communications, or third-party services.
5.2. The Platform is provided "as is"; planned or unplanned outages may occur.
5.3. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
